Damas
Ok, guys i would like some constructive comments for my league team. Also, i have never taken the league on before, so a few hints and tips wouldn't go a miss. Thanks This team works around residual damage, stalling and paralysis. Crobat (M) @ Flying Gem Trait: Inner Focus EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd Jolly Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Acrobatics - U-turn - Taunt - Hypnosis This is my Crobat - i know it's a weird set, but it works incredibly well for me, so it's not open to change - sorry. He is an annoyance, he taunts, he put's enemies to sleep, He can do huge amounts of damage with acrobatics (which helps with his speed), and then U-turns away from the fight. Ferrothorn (F) @ Leftovers Trait: Iron Barbs EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SDef Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd) - Leech Seed - Spikes - Thunder Wave - Protect This is Ferrothorn, he's my wall, sets ups spikes and paralysis, to help out the other team members, then uses leech seed and protect to scout and heal. I'm not too bothered about it being passive, because hopefully i'll predict a taunt, but if it's a huge issue, i can work around it. Works well against bulky waters etc, and has good synergy with Dragonite, and Jellicent. Dragonite (F) @ Leftovers Trait: Multiscale EVs: 216 HP / 40 SAtk / 252 SDef Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk) - Substitute - Roost - Dragon Tail - Flamethrower This is my Phaser Dragonite, He Subs up on a switch - with paralysis etc, then uses dragon tail and hazards to rack up decent amount of damage, and healing with lefties behind the sub. Flamethrower is to hit steel types with something that'll hurt. Has good synergy with Ferrothorn and Jellicent Jellicent (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Water Absorb EVs: 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spd Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk) - Recover - Taunt - Will-O-Wisp - Scald I've never really been sure on how to use a Jellicent - so any comments would be appreciated Jellicent acts as my bulky water, and spin blocker. Hopefully will be able to burn the majority of enemies, and i use taunt, because with the speed EVs, it can outspeed other bulky water types, among other defensive types. Blissey (F) @ Leftovers Trait: Natural Cure EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd) - Stealth Rock - Thunder Wave - Seismic Toss - Wish Blissey is my special wall, sets up rocks, or uses thunder wave on the opponents switch out. Wish to heal other pokemon on my team, and natural cure to take and status effects (Assuming i can predict them correctly) and seismic toss for the constant damage. Heracross (M) @ Choice Scarf Trait: Moxie EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Megahorn - Close Combat - Earthquake - Stone Edge My revenge killer and late game sweeper. 403 speed with scarf, and with moxie, just cleans up the remnants of a weakened team, due to hazards, etc.... Thanks for taking the time to read this, and i am sorry the descriptions aren't very long, but i struggle with writing. Please try to keep the comments constructive, instead of just slating the team Damas
Dakkokki
Replace Crobat with a Yanmega (This is my Yanmega) Yanmega @ Focus Sash Modest Nature (+Sp Atk, -Atk EV's: 4 HP, 252 SP ATK, 252 SPEED Abillity: Speed Boost Moveset: -Air Slash -Bug Buzz -Hypnosis -Protect It's an awesome starter, you can get an easy 1 or more KO's especially when it knows hypnosis to give you a few turns and with speed boost, nothing will outspeed you and the focus sash will give you another turn Edited December 30, 2012 by rustedsnowflake
Summer
You should know League also consists of Doubles/Triples. But it seems to do ok in singles.
Conor
Ferrothorn is taunt bait, give him power whip or gyro ball. Blissey and ferrothorn both know SR. i would get rid of it on blissey and give blissey protect instead. this will help out with wish and potential stalling. also, toxic> twave on blissey. again will help you if you need to stall out and ferrothon can always paralyze things anyway. The Fush
personally i like it but i seem to have good with this team http://pastebin.com/74ezfRDC so it might help u a little In an RMT, you're supposed to give recommendations, not give out entirely different teams...
