0 Walpurgis Posted April 3, 2018 Share Posted April 3, 2018 You probably missed it. As it was said above you have to complete the police quest and trade the egg before the city restoration. 0 Velthomer21 Posted April 3, 2018 Share Posted April 3, 2018 I believe the Mystery Egg is only available if you've found the Police during the Jasper/Beryl events, and follow a few steps involving a Growlithe and its egg.
