You can also get heart scale from pick up from lvl 51 onwards but lvl 71 onwards has a higher chance to get. i usually combo heart scale fishing with pick up mons. Just remember to use a good compound eyes mon which can learn thief. personally i use galvantula cause it gets giga drain and discharge to deal with the non luvdisc pokemon. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
