Why the hate on Nostalgia Crtitic?

When I first saw a video, I just thought it was just a random hater, but now I'm not so sure, more and more people are piling on and as a Nostalgia Critic fan, I'm getting worried. Especially since in most cases, haters have the attention spans of goldfish, so the fact that this is still a trend is worrying.  P.S.: A message to NC fans such as myself, stay loyal.

I urge you to read this document, for this is what the hate is grounded upon, before you hastily brush all criticism of the Doug Walker aside.

As far as I can see, the hate is justified, especially with Channel Awesome's response.

Read a few pages. Most of the criticism seems to to be valid, but it's more issues in the buisness. The few criticisms to Doug are because he was the priority, but as a youtuber mentioned, if he's the most popular, he is the priority. You can't expect nintendo to put the kirby franchise before the super mario franchise.
