I’m having a hard time finding the application for Mannie. I know Mannie wants to work in construction, but I can’t find a construction application. I’ve searched in every ward in Reborn City, and talked to people, but I’m not sure where to go/who to talk to. Can anybody help? I’d appreciate it a lot!
