DeltaReverie Posted April 25, 2018 Share Posted April 25, 2018 I'd presume Fly isn't actually gonna be usable on the field until v11 release, so you will probably be able to get the HM in v11 story content. I've also tested the corresponding HM replacement item (Golden Wings) and it seems to still be nonfunctional even after beating Souta in v10.
