Garufa Ruins help

So I just got to Garufa ruins and the first puzzle is...well...puzzling. What do I need to do? (Its the room with the statues of Pokemon)

IIRC in the room on the left you can move the statues but in the one on the right you can't so you have to move the statues of the left room  so they look like the ones in the right room. I think they have to look the same.

if im not mistaken the above question was to get the TM in this screenshot yes? out of curiosity what is said TM and should i bother getting it or........... (note im not a completionist by any standards but if its a decent move i want it, otherwise ill leave well enough alone)
