Loading Error

So this has never happened to my friend ((let's just call her J)) before. So J goes to play some Rejuvenation, when she gets the following error:

 

Anyone know what this is about and how to fix it? Try to keep it simple if possible

 

I repeat: J has never had this happen before and it just starting doing this not too long ago. The game had worked fine many times before this happened. She says that the Title Screen Music plays, and when she hits Z/C to get to the File Select, that error comes up.

Try re-downloading the game from a different download link and see if that solves the problem.

It had worked fine before, so I don't know if this solution will work
