Haven't played for a long time, Version 10 came out and almost completely forgot what's going on. HELP.

Firstly, where did version 9 left off? Is it in the Japanese house thing with one kimono girl and the elder and the old man guy?

 

Secondly, can someone help me get up to speed? Holy hell I'm completely out of it. If so, thank you so much, I really appreciate it.

Thanks for the link but it seems there are still things I'm missing or not remember were there. Is it updated to version 10? Because it kind of seems like it. Right now I'm at the Rose Theater, where it seems like the game told me to stop playing before and wait for the update. Downloading version 10 as I type this.
