Mr McKrezzy's autograph

I have found Mr McKrezzy at spinel town while doing the quest to return the stolen pokemon from 7th street and have talked to him but refuses to give an autograph, and whenever talk to him a option to select a pokemon from party comes up but no idea what to give him
Can anyone tell me what im sposed to do with him?

Pretty sure you have to give him his pokemon at that point. I think his was the roggenrola?

yeah it was the roggenrola. I have heard, don't know if it's true, that you can give him any roggenrola and it will work. but you should have the one registered to mckrezzy
