Administrators Amethyst Posted April 7, 2013 Administrators Share Posted April 7, 2013 So we don't have full scripts for it anymore, but this isn't a terribly complex game. I'll put the description topics I had up here for use so anyone can run it as they wish. /mt Mafia- How to Play/t Everyone will be assigned a role. Everyone is assumed a villager by default. The goal is, for the villagers, to remove the Mafia from their village, and for the Mafia, to be the last ones standing. The Mafia kill one person each night. The dead do not speak. During the day, the villagers may accuse someone who they think is the Mafia. If the accusation is seconded, that person goes on trial. They will defend themselves and then there will be a vote. A 51% majority is necessary to execute. There is a max of two trials per day. Two failed trials or any execution implies the end of the day./mt Roles/t Villager- Mafia- Cupid- Lover- Bodyguard- Sheriff- Hunter- Weregerbil- Town Drunk/mt Villager/t No special abilities./mt Mafia/t Choose one person as a group to kill each night. The decision must be unanimous./mt Cupid/t Cupid chooses two people at the start of the game to become Lovers. S/he then acts as a normal villager./mt Lover/t The status of lover is granted by Cupid ontop of the initial role. Lovers may not harm each other in any way, and if one dies, the other commits suicide./mt Bodyguard/t The bodyguard chooses one person, including him or herself, to protect from harm at night. S/he cannot choose the same person two nights in a row./mt Sheriff/t Each night the Sheriff can investigate one person. They will learn if that person is Mafia or not-Mafia./mt Hunter/t The Hunter has his/her own gun. When killed, s/he can choose to take one person down with them./mt Weregerbil/t The Weregerbil masquerades as a normal villager, but is alligned neither with the Mafia nor the villagers. The weregerbil becomes immune at night and as such cannot be killed by the Mafia. However, if the Weregerbil is discovered by the Sheriff, it will die of fright./mt Town Drunk/t The Town Drunk acts a normal villager, but his or her goal is to be lynched. If the drunk is lynched, s/he wins.
