No Lucky Egg?

I did the side quest for Arclight (bought all of the pokemon) what i remember from playing the game he should come outside and reward you with a lucky egg. In my case he dosen't. Is there anything im missing or is it bugged? (I did bought all the pokemon after the devon incident if that has any effect on the side quest)

In my game, you just had to walk away from the place where you bought those pokémons and he would reward you. Weird, I'm going to look up to see if I can help you. Try going back to the place where you bought those pokémons, and walk away. That's how I got my lucky egg.

I think getting the lucky egg was a time based event as in that, you can only recieve it by getting the pokemon from 7th street before the city renovation but i don't know for sure.

But the Z-Ring should still be obtainable?

Yes, the Z-RIng is still obtainable, it should be available once ya have 15 badges and have bought all the 7th street pokemon.
