Fighting as many high level wild pokémon as possible is the most reliable method.

Battling in-game trainers is a better option as they often give out more xp as well as the added bonus of money.

If you feel you're wasting too much time, some people have taken to using third party tools to speed up their game and therefore power through more battles in less time. However that's a bit of a grey area and many people frown upon that.

If you have the cash to spare/burn, rare candies are the easiest and fastest way to level up, but you'll find that they're pretty expensive.

 

Those are essencially the only ways to get XP and level up your mons. Same as all the other core Pokémon games, the essence is in the grind

Are we talking about Reborn? If it's the case, there trainers inside Grand Hall that you can battle as much as you want

@Mimikyu Br Seems cool but you really need a gliscor to deal with rock, fire and eletric types.

 

Edit: Ups didnt understand you were at Julia's gym. In that case, your team looks really good. Be sure to have motor drive on emolga! Have fun
