Or it's possible to have it relearn it if you have a Heart Scale. Not too sure though on that 1. If it can't then you're gonna have to breed a new Riolu. Ohh well. But yea. Breeding is prob the best option. And if you're now Lucario has a nature that you'd like for it to keep, put an everstone on it and then any of the Riolus you breed will all have the nature has that Lucario.
