Oh, cuz it's shiny version it's pratically equal to the normal one? Okay, got it, sorry xD

Salazzle stats base in hp are kinda correct , so it's no big deal , just boost it with HP up , same for spe attack with calcium. On the other hand , where his stats on defenses are bad , it has pretty nice IV so it's good. You should keep it , Salazzle remain an interesting pokemon. ( and he is shiny )

HP up, Calcium etc. don´t increase your IVs, they increase EVs.

@LilyX i didn't mean to increase IV , i meant to increase hp or spe attack if he was afraid to have a low HP/spe attack cause of his low IV salandit

Because you got a shiny but it has shit IVs? Really not uncommon unfortunately but the shiny rate in Reborn is pretty high so it's not that big a deal. My advice is to breed for IVs normally and then just keep hatching eggs until you get a shiny one with 31 IVs in the important stats (spe/spatk probably). Again, the shiny rate is high to begin with and you can also acquire a shiny charm to make it even higher. I bred a shiny 5IV Garchomp, Ferrothorn and Milotic in this way. 

 

Or I guess you could just run around the grass until a shiny one pops up then catch it and hope it has better IVs. . . .

You don't really need great IVs in reborn, unless you wanna do online battles. Also, you got a shiny FEMALE Salandit, with above average speed, I'd say you're lucky. Besides, nature is arrangeable in Reborn. Give it Modest/Timid, EV train on Speed and Sp.Attack and that Sp.Attack IV stat won't even hurt.
