Since there seems to be an array of topics on individual questions everywhere, I've created some general topics to ask them in, just for neatness.

In this topic, you can ask about any problems you're having regarding in-game quests and pokémon locations, along with anything else of the sort. Have at it, you phoenixes.

Iirc, I don't think they need nicknames, you just have to have them be first in your party and also have a Helix Fossil in your bag. Or if that doesn't work, one of the guys there tells you what to name it, ABBBBBBK (so max name length, first A, last K, everything in between Bs).

Erm... I was wondering what... the original poster of the 'Location' topic meant by 'Beat the grunts that were at the Spinel Museum and the curator will give you the Cover fossil or Plume fossil'

Because I can't seem to... meet any grunts at the Spinel Museum...? And I wanted to get Tirtouga/I forgot what the other one's name before the fossils you can get at Agate Circus.

Those Meteor grunts only appear in the museum at night, iirc. Then they run to Tanzan Mountain, where you can defeat them, and then proceed to return to the museum for the fossil.

They appear at all times in the Museum until disappear for good after you raid the Tanzan Meteor Base

What if I revive Helix fossil before doing the quests? Can I do them if I have the revived mon?

To answer your question, no you can't once you revive the fossil. You'll have to go and mine for another one in order to do the quests.

Just fish anywhere at the Azurine Lake's shores, which means Azurine Islands, Apophyll Beach, Coral Ward and Peridot Ward. Good Rod needed, which is located in Spinel Town.

Yes there is

Locate your save file (http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=16421) then rename it from Game.rxdata to something else. Then you can start a new game and it will be a blank save.

Then you can switch between files by naming whichever one you want to use Game.rxdata and having the other one called something else. As long as the file called Game.rxdata is in the folder where you find it it will read the file. You can either move the other file somewhere else or just have it renamed and in the same folder.

If 5 digits match you do get a masterball.

If 4 digits match you get an EXP share

If 3 digits match you get a PP up

If 2 digits match you get a max revive

If 1 digit matches you get a Full Restore.

I didn't realise you could get all of those good items until I checked the event. That makes the lottery worth it.

you still need to have hold items on pokemon when evolving them via link stone

After you talk to him, go to the pokemon center near the day care and they'll both be in there and will give you a sticker.

EDIT: Now I found the Meteor Grunt

whose teammate died in the lake. He said that I can find him in Peridot Ward, in his house; but I have problems finding him.

Where do I find the guy after that? I am done with Version 15 and I am not sure where he is.

you need to have pokesnax and weather has to be clear for it to appear on rooftop

Currently, you can't get a Magikarp in Reborn without reverting back to a previous episode. There is speculation that it will become available in E16 but currently that sidequest is incomplete.
