Help me with mod compatibility

Is there any way I can make the Follower and change weather mods compatible. The things that I'm having problems with is the Scripts.rxdata file. I'm either using one that works with the follower mod or the other. My hopes aren't high but can someone find a solution?

In the post for the SWM modular modpack (which contains select weather) there's a patch for the follower pokemon mod and some instructions on installing it. Look under the green 'compatability with other mods' heading
