Where is the odd house Quest?

Im trying to do a quest but it says i need to do the odd house quest, does anyone know where that is?

If you're talking about the help center quest in West Gearen (?), there's a thing in Goldenleaf town (Ghost gym leader area) There's a pathway up to a tower, I think after 7 (?) badges the tower will unlock and then you complete the Odd house quest that way. I haven't done it for awhile though so I don't remember if that's how you get in the tower.
