[E18] Starter Pokemon in the wild

I'm thinking of doing a starter-only run, but the [E17] Pokemon by gym leader topic doesn't list the starters except in the starter area, and the [E16] Pokemon locations have some of the starter but I'm worried they're out of date. Is there an up to date list of where you can find starter Pokemon in the wild?

Charmander is a Super Rod catch in Mt. Pyrorus. Bulbasaur is wild in at Azurine Island once the project's been funded. Snivy is wild after a sidequest in Agate City.

That's just true random encounters. As far as I know, the singular events like gifts or the Tepig at Pyrorus have stayed consistent across episodes.

 

It also means without outside assistance, you're stuck with just the guy you pick at the Grand Hall for quite some time.

lets see... there is Charmander,Bulbasaur,Snivy....and that's it 

 

Charmander can be found using Super rod at the top of the volcano ,while Bulbasaur can be found in Azurine Island after coming back from Agate Circus and Snivy can be found in Route 4 Vvveeeeerrryyyyyy late in the game so good luck with that
