Question about a TM

It seems that I forgot to do the puzzle to get the TM for psychic while I was in the glass factory and now I can't manage my way back in, as I don't have the eeveelutions with me anymore. Is it impossible for me to get it now? If not does anyone know how to get it? Or is it possibly planned for a later episode as punsihment for forgetting?
