To get Bounsweet all you need is a Glameow in your party, then talk to a woman in the salon that doesn't have Glameow's in it. Beat her and you'll get Bounsweet. Reveal hidden contents Foakie is in Agate City as part of the Pokedex quest. Scyther can be caught on Route 4 on areas you had to melt the snow.
