Symphogear Season 3 Hype. So freaking excited.

The Heavy Object anime was confirmed to be airing in October. Also excited for that. XD

Meanwhile, the new To Aru Majutsu no Index novel is being translated. This is a good day for me.

SO

MUCH

HYPE

Especially after this lackluster season.

besides fate stay hype and the haruhi suzumiya spin-off, spring looks pretty similar to winter imo (sport sequels, some comedy ecchi harems (tho not as many), mecha sci-fis with nothing but good production values and slife of life/romances like ore monogatari, which im not too much into). owari no seraph might as well turn out as a crappy shounen, feels like a crossover between akame and snk, but ill still watch it hoping it gets any good. and ofcourse we couldnt forget digimon adventure tri (muthafukin high school uniforms), high school cumxcum and GINTAMA (which i still havent had the time to watch) sequel. also rather interested in kekkai sensen and arslan senki, they seem promising but the original mangas dont get that much love.

also wtf... who had the idea of combining food and tits into anime. what is that show even going to be about... XD

The one that most people are gonna put by the wayside in favour of Fate and such but I am personally looking forward to is yahari ore no seishun, or SNAFU which parodies a ot of slife of life and romance stuff but also actually uses it. I can't eloquetly explain why I like it, but I loved the first series.

I do see for people who like Psychological/Horrors or darker themed shows then this season looks kinda bleak, but hey, that's what winter was full of. Time for light-hearrted shows now ^^

Jojo good like usual. D'arby looking pretty slick.

Speaking of Jojo, I call BS on that gambling match between D'Arby and Joseph. Joseph could have added one more layer of cheating to that match. He is a freaking user of Hamon/Ripple…one of the best alive. How the hell did he forget about that?

I thought this when I read the manga about a year ago but never really complained about it till now. Joseph never gets the time to shine on his own anymore. This would have been perfect for him.

@Hiss I don't even think it is possible for Joseph to, even with Hamon. He was pretty sure himself that his coin was the last one that was able to go into the cup without it spilling over so I don't even think he was considering other options besides him winning the whole thing.

You are right about Joseph's own time to shine though. His Stand, Hermit Purple, lacks compared to the others but I still enjoy his "OH NO" moments.

@ Fush Now I'm questioning everything now.. god dang it.

That's honestly kind of my problem. Even if there has been a shift to Stands, Hamon still exists and you have one of its most prominent users right there. I wonder why he doesn't use it more often. Don't get me wrong, the series is still enjoyable and the resolution of D'Arby mini-arc is pretty awesome. I just wish we saw a bit more of Hamon before its last known user dies of old age.

Finished watching the Toradora and the Devil is a Part timer. Both were pretty good. Toradora was just adorable and the devil was just plain hilarious XD For some reason I really like the devil's opening. For some reason I just really like the part when Maou is thinking when he was the devil king, I really don't know why.

Gah, trying to start watching Aldonah Zero and Fate but I'm currently watching Hunter X Hunter. Gonna be awhile, but I'm at Episode 50 something so I'm on my way...

Dat Gotou and Shinichi fight tho.

speaking of hxh, I recently finished the chimera ants arc and I've only got 5 more to end the last arc. I enjoyed this anime so damn much, it's just so consistent and well written with characters that are so well described you can't help but root for.

the concepts are also very well explored and explained, which isn't an easy job - you can't compare writing a story about, for example, sports to something like hxh.

not to mention the huge amount of gore and violence contained within the show. like, this shit goes from a happy fantasy adventure shounen to a massive psychological drama with close to no plot armor.

easily the best shounen I've ever seen, it's like akame if it had amazing pacing, great character development, well-executed action scenes and if you triplicated the violence and dismemberment. and if it wasn't shit overall.

also gon is a fucking psycho, just give him his time

My thoughts exactly M.

The music when Arima arrived in Tokyo Ghoul Root, jeez. Gave me some chills lol. I do hope that they do put the Kaneki scene in one of the upcoming episodes, but the ending for this episode was very intriguing. Can't wait to see the conversation.

Tokyo Ghoul Route A had so much potential...while I do take the anime for what it is, which was still enjoyable, I really don't understand the need to rush everything...I feel like this is a series thay could have easily been 50 episodes but they tried to fit everything into 24 and thay really didn't work well.

Magnificent ending for Death Parade. The feels almost got to me but I held on strong.

Jojo finally showed some more Dio which is gud.

Assaination Classroom pretty good with the introduction of Itona.

Yeah death parade was awesome definetly a 9/10 for me. Tokyo ghoul disappointed me. Way to many open questions, since there was mostly only action and the story was used for the sole purpose to make connections between the battles

Mhm. For those who haven't read the manga, it leaves alot of questions to be answered. Hopefully some studio does a remake on it and does it right.

@ Lego Depends on what type of anime do you like but I guess from those two you would probably enjoy other Shounens as well as Action and Adventure.

Try out Hunter x Hunter, Aldonah.Zero, Durarara!!!, Fate series, Magi, Fullmetal Alchemist [brotherhood], Parasyste. You would most likely enjoy them.
