side quest help

hey everyone

i have been wandering in route 4 and i have a few questions

there was an event here that we can catch the absol (that has been following us since the start of game ?) and i pressed F12 and the game restarted 

and the event doesnt start is there any thing that i need to do?

and are we supposed to do any thing here in order to go up from the waterfall?

and what can i do in order to enter that room?

i know i have asked alot of question but do you know where i can find all 3 dark materials?

I don't know about the absol event, but you can find wild ones on grass at route 3. They're a rare encounter though

Absol event only happens at night

For the 2nd image, use Blizzard and there will be a place to rock climb on the left.
