Also, I did the Applications Sidequest in E16 before Gen 7 content was added, so now I can't get a Litten from there. Is there any other place to find Litten? Expand Well for gastly apart from the police mystery egg Reveal hidden contents It's on Route 4 inside a mechanical workshed. It isn't incredibly clear what you are supposed to do to progress and even then to get into the encounter but eh you kinda figure it out after a bit.
