I know i can extract the items by the mining kit (i have it now after... one week?)

but my question is... these rocks can regenerate after... one day? or once broken they cannot regenerate?

if not... well... at least i have 2 remaining caves xD

sorry if my english is not perfect at all...

Additionally, if you're not already doing this I'd suggest just saving in front of one and soft resetting until you found the item/s you want from them. That way you can reduce the number of rocks you "use up" a bit. ^^

The glowing rocks do not regenerate, so there's a finite number of them you can mine in the game. However, after a while you'll be able to buy Blast Powder, which allows you to mine them twice.

as i feared...
how much later? right now i'm protecting the children from the Dr Shock (Sigmund) in the lake

So you have... 6 badges right? You can buy Blast Powder in a location that's accessible after badge 8, so you're not that far.

You can also sometimes get Blast Powder from Pokémon with the Pickup ability (up to Lv. 60 iirc), so it can pay off to have a well-levelled pickup 'mon with you. (They can also sometimes find Revives if they're at least Lv 20).

If you are determined to get the most out of it you can always have multiple pickup mons at the same time for when you're just running around doing stuff that you don't need your full team for, haha. They'll already pick up stuff for you while you train them, so at least it's not labor without immediate reward :3

Reborn's pickup table can be found here: http://www.rebornevo.com/index.php?/pr/pickup/

(It's also worth noting that Cotton Candy can be bought in the Obsidia ward, and it's pretty much the same thing as a revive, so there's that. If you have the money, that is.)

As others have noted they don't regenerate, but there are actually quite a few more stones than you might think. There are some in the Wasteland which you probably haven't gotten, there are some in Apophyll Cave if you missed that place (which I always seem to on my first go through), there are more in Tanzan Mountain later, etc. A lot of the goodies you can find (such as evolution stones) can also be purchased later.
