[E18] Missing One sticker.

So finished the main story of Episode 18 and went ahead for sidequests and I know one where you get Magby & Elekid but I also know to evolve those you need a Magmarizer & Electirizer. And according to the store guide we should be able to acces the floor with those items, cause the ones you get are used.

 

So ofcourse I went to the Sticker guide and followed them all, however I'm not able to acces the 11th floor and only have 9 stickers. And I went through every location again and nobody is giving me an extra sticker, even having done the 'impossible puzzle' (Thanks YouTube, that puzzle though). But nope 9 stickers that's it.

 

Is this normal or is there a way to get it. Like I have em all according to the sticker guide so far. Checked every NPC etc.

U have to go to Agate city and help the girl (in the house close to pokemon center) to find the password. If u did that u should be able to go to 11th one even if u didnt do previus ones, btw here is the guide i followed to get all the first 10 stickers

I did that one, and also followed the guide, I've done all of them as far as I can tell.
