Or that IF Rock Polish is used it'll boost more than normal? The spoiler below relates to a battle in E18, which is why I'm asking. Reveal hidden contents If it doesn't add a Rock Polish effect then can someone explain how does Hardy's Rampardos have a Speed over 244 when the highest (at lv 100) is 236?
