Help with the final Devon magic square puzzle

So with the help of Dai Laughing's video I was able to mostly figure out the puzzle of Devon Corp's magic square puzzle. Only problem is, I am stuck on the last part. I can't seem to switch the positions of the 8 and 3 without completely messing up. And as such I need an extra set of eyes to see what I'm missing.

Uh, I had a similar pattern in my run so try this

 

1) get your row3 three under the left square 3

2) down column 2

3) get row3 5 under the other 5

4 3 8.    6 7 2

9 3 1     1 5 9

4 2 7     6 5 8

4) get your 8 under the 3s and press down

4 8 8.    6 7 2

9 3 1     1 5 9

5 3 4.    2 7 6

5) get the 5 under the 5s and press down

4 8 8.    6 5 2

9 3 1     1 7 9

4 2 7.    6 5 3

6) get the 5 under the 3 and 8, press up, press right/left 3 times in row3

4 3 8.    6 5 2

9 5 1     1 7 9

4 2 7     6 8 3

7) press right 2 times row 3, than press down

4 3 8.    6 7 2

9 5 1     1 5 9

8 3 4.    2 7 6

8: press 3 times left/right row 3

4 3 8.    6 7 2

9 5 1     1 5 9

2 7 6     8 3 4

9) you did it!!!!!

10) don't forget to memorize the code! You'll need it for a subquest in Agate City. Enjoy your rewards!

P.S. doing it by mind was not easy at all

Thanks guys! I was able to figure it out after another 3 hours of playing around and boy was I relieved!
