Bulbasaur : renovated Azurine Island, I don't know if it's a certain patch of grass or on the whole island

Charmander : On top of Pyrous Mountain, fish in the lava with a Super Rod

 

Totodile : In Ametrine Mountain, look it up on Youtube

Chikorita : In renovated Azurine Island, on top of the facility, a scientist gives it to you (I don't remember if you need to give him something for it)

Cyndaquil : 7th Street Stolen Pokemon

 

Mudkip : in the underwater cities, in one of the houses, you need an Antidote (look it up on Youtube)

Treeko : In the forest in Beryl Ward (forgot the name), in one of the caves, there will be an invisible Kecleon. When you interact with it, that will trigger an "invasion" of invisible Kecleons. Go in the Silph Co. Building in Obsidia Ward, they will tell you what to do (Have a team of ground types) (Also prepare for a Kecleon raid when coming back to the cave)

 

Piplup : you'll need blast powder. In the secret passage to Subseven Sanctum, on the right, extract the glowing rock twice. There will be a hidden 'Rare Candy', when you get out, it will be stolen by someone, find that someone in 7th Street and get it back. Then in one of the caves of 7th street, trade the candy for the Piplup.

Turtwig : In Agate Circus, it's where the Dive puzzle was (you may have to do the Dive puzzle again, just complete it again to unlock the Turtwig puzzle)

 

Oshawott : If you're part of Magma Gang, complete the Job Sidequest. If you're part of Aqua Gang, trade it for a Litten (i think) in Agate City

Snivy : Complete the Hiker Sidequest that starts in Agate City, it will unlock a little part accessible by Rock Climb. You can find one in the patch of grass.

Tepig : Pyrous Mountain, find a randomly placed Strength boulder, push it down the closest hole and jump in the hole, interact with the Tepig, it will run away. Look for it in Pyrous Mountain, when you find it again, it will run away again. Find it for the last time on top of Pyrous Mountain.

 

Froakie : Pokedex Completion Quest in Agate City, you get Froakie at 300 owned Pokemon.

Chespin : First house when you enter Lapis Ward, interact with the lady who's husband is sick. You will need to find an Oddishweed which will be in South Aventurine Woods (look up how to find it on Youtube). When you get it, go to 7th Street in the morning I believe and you'll find that same lady. Give her the Oddishweed and she will give you a Chespin egg.

Fennekin : Water Treatment Center, find the dark room with just a machine and a Pokeball (which is an Electrode) on the side (and maybe even a Cell Battery if I remember correctly) With the Electrode, turn the electricity back on in the room. Then, when you interact with the machine, it will give you Fennekin.

 

Popplio : In Coral ward, there will be a dive spot hidden behind one of the lighthouses. In it, you'll find the Coral Key, which will give you access to the other lighthouse, in it, you'll have to save a Popplio which will become your buddy.

Rowlet : look up a tutorial on Teknite Ridge on Youtube.

Litten : If you're part of Aqua Gang, complete the Job Sidequest. If you're part of Magma Gang, trade it for an Oshawott (i think) in Agate City.
