So as you can tell by the title, the squirtle event in my game is broke. I'm wondering if i'm missing anything out in the quest, but i'm sure I've done everything correctly. I activated the quest on a rainy day, but then i had to wait until the weather turned clear so I carried on playing until that happened. Once it was clear in the Bxbysion wasteland I went to the fountain squirtle was supposed to be at but he wasn't there. I thought it may've been harsh sunlight but now I'm sure it wasn't. Since i really wanted a squirtle as it fits my team perfectly, I decided to download the weather changing mod and i repeated the quest. However squirtle still wasn't at the fountain. So i'm wondering if anyone knows whats wrong. If it helps I'm just about to battle Luna. Hopefully i didn't wait too long. Thx for any help in advance.
