It's possible that you're on the opposite path of the video uploader. If you kept it, you need to use it to unthaw the TM shop in Kristiline Town. I've never done the other path where you give it up, though. I know you find another entrance at Crawli's gym with Venam, but I don't know the exact order of events to get there. Alternatively, after Tommen disintegrated, did you go back and talk to the Eldest? A lot of people don't realize that you're supposed to do that.
