Meditite or Medicham location??

I have a problem, i would an electivire with ice punch but i could have it only if my electabuzz has an egg with a meditite or a medicham... where i could find them? :/

I'm afraid they're not currently obtainable as far as I'm aware. I've yet to find one anywhere and the Obtainable Pokemon list seems to confirm.
