Devon corp infiltration, bug?

So i just got back from beating Ciel in the circus and now we are teaming up to infiltrate devon corp. you're suppose the go through the railnet, and you're suppose to lead the train into the closed wall on the left instead of the right this time. The problem is that there is no train there, so i can't turn any of the levers either. Any help would be massivly appreciated.

Last chapter changed that puzzle, so to unlock that place (and Aron, and those hidden floors) you have to get to where the train started from in the first place, find a hidden way in the wall (rock-smashing it) and then going through a long passageway until you end up just at the other side of the barrier.
