Veterans Zumi Posted December 27, 2018 Veterans Share Posted December 27, 2018 The only place I'm aware of right now where you reliably can get Blast Powder is at one of the stalls in the Grand Dream City underground. Not really sure where it'd be otherwise, but perhaps someone else might be able to help you with that?
