I found the two fishermen in East Gearen and in aquamarine cave but I do not know anywhere else where I can find a fisherman. Adrienne does say route 2 but the only person I found in route 2 was one NPC referencing what I had done in the past with Aelita (I cut the cherry blossom tree in the past permanently changing route 2).
