0ris Posted January 5, 2019 Share Posted January 5, 2019 In my experience clearing it in V10: I received a shiny Eevee with the move Transform, as well as an Ice Stone. Its ability is a normal Eevee ability, but it having Transform does make it so you can have a Vaporeon with Transform, and Vaporeon's huge HP stat makes it the highest in the game with the potential to use Transform. If you do choose to evolve your Transform Eevee into a Vaporeon, try it on a double-battle with your own Shuckle, or use it against a Rift Pokemon for excellent results.
