[Luck Repellent]

I started up a new game recently, and I have just gotten to the area where Cera gets groudon. It is significantly different than I remember, and I just want to say, I'm not sure I like the changes. These puzzles are pointless and tedious, with one mistake resulting in the need to start over. I would actually like to play the game instead of do this trash. It's a cool puzzle idea and all I guess, but don't add it to the main story. Make it optional. Plot progression should not be the only reward for doing this. Mini rant/venting session over.

I never said they were hard, just tedious. I would rather get on with the game.

i think puzzles in ancient civilization are perfectly acceptable in that context.

I can understand your reasoning, if you played the past versions you would obviously think it was unnecessary. In my opinion as someone who plays the game again after each version to see changes to old content it was a fascinating puzzle and fitted into the story quite well.
