Cyphre Posted January 13, 2019 Share Posted January 13, 2019 (edited) Yeah, there is a building nearby, where you can talk to a trainer who abandoned him. He is the red guy with blonde hair. Afterwards you can talk to him and he will run away, you will find Buizel again in the eastern part of the city, there will be a battle with few level 7 or smth pokemon.
