Kon El
Hey bud, what Pokemon do you have in your box and which of hers are giving you the most problems. Also what's your game plan you got going here
DarkMasterKendall
Lead roselia, put ambipom to sleep and set up a layer of toxic spikes, from there you just need to take the hits. Save espeon for bewear and luxray for chatot. Stantler has facade so be aware of that and if im not mistaken normal moves get boosted so lycanrock's thrash is gonna be doing more damage than rock tomb. Remember that multipulse has negative priority so try to abuse that. When I battled her, after setting up the spikes I sent solrock out, used rock polish ahd won
Zero Pressure
I'm not sure if you've done it yet but if you haven't, solrock 6-0'ed marianette for me. You set up 3 cosmic powers to put your defenses at plus 6 for each and then just kill everything and heal when needed. Solrock also gets pretty good moves at that point like zen headbutt, rock slide, and psychic from what I remember.
