It's in South Aventurine Woods. But you need a Floral Charm, so as to not fall asleep and cross over the flower, from which a Flabebe attacks you. It's only one place. In the area with both tall and short grass, which continues in a T-shape path. The item is hidden, you have to press A, at the end of the road which starts with Flabebe's encounter place.
