Help with obtaining Vulpix?

I've been sitting here in the Obsidia Ward for a long time now trying to get the Vulpix from the salon. I don't know what I'm doing wrong and I just want a Vulpix on my team because it's adorable and I'm about to battle Fern then Florinia. I think it has something to do with friendship but if that is the case my Marshtomp should be enough for her to give me the Vulpix. :I

You need like max friendship. I know i saved, spent all my all my money on haircuts, got to the 3rd tier in friendship, didn't get vulpix still.

Spend a lot of money at the salon to get one of your pokemon to the max friendship level, and she'll notice it and ask you if you want it.

Finally got it. Granted, it was after beating the gym. Thanks for the help anyways, though. Just needed max friendship.
