My old save file is gone, how can I redo old events?

On my current save file, I have beaten all of ep 18, but the only problem is that I wanted to go back and win the arceus fight that I gave up after trying too many times. My earliest save then is before the Charlotte gym challenge and that’s it. How can I fix this?

Did you start a new game after giving up of just accept the loss

If it's same file you'll need to check your backup files for one in around that time and rename it game(.rxdata) the extension should come automatically

This is whats going on with my save. Note the 'Light Play through is a really old save that I never got far with.

Haze 11 badges would be closest but is still past where you want it to be you need roughly 9 badges

Currently it doesn't look possible have u manually deleted any if so check garbage can
