Sure, let me- *Two loud shots are heard* What were those? Ah, no way! Bazaro is on the ground, bleeding. He seems to have just been shot. Bazaro has fallen! He was [insert nickname here]! Was the shot fatal? *A canon shot is heard in the distance* Well, I guess no comment will be necessary. However, the tribute who delivered the final blow ran away so quickly that I couldn't determine who it was! Bummer That's too bad we can't give you the juiciest scoop, but at least the scoop was rather juicy, given we were live when the shot took place. There you go, dear audience! A second tribute has fallen in tribute-tribute combat, spilling blood everywhere! It's always exciting when these things happen, don't you agree, Veronica? You're absolutely right. Besides the fight appears to have taken place in the area which was once a forest, which the Game Maker burnt down a few days ago. It seems their goal to increase tribute deaths is realizing! Also, it's a bit early and gonna be kinda succinct, but I gotta head to work real early oof sorryto dorito cheeto One tribute succumbed to poison like we predicted in our last episode. Nano4 has fallen! He was the fanboy, [William Afton]! As one other fangirl rooting for love to triumph in these Games, him being gone is rather bitter sweet. Indeed, I agree. In spirit we're similar, but his tribute status doesn't exclude him from the fun of the Games. I'm sure he will be happy from wherever he is, knowing his ship is sailing well at least for now. Now, one thing more before I finish this segment: a letter from the Game Maker has arrived. In it, they've said that they're working on a new "attraction" for us, so they will be back on Hunger Games Live on our next episode! That's very, very exciting news! Please welcome our favorite master of crafts, our head Game Maker~ As promised, I'm back on this foolish show to unveil my newest gimmick! Actually, it's not just one... I have two new gimmicks to enhance this family-friendly entertainment! The first one will be easier seen than explained. *Camera switches to an aerial view of the Arena* Voice over: Given that we've cut to roughly half the number of tributes we started with, I figured it was time to decrease surface area to maximize tributes running into each other. *The West and East walls of the Arena start vibrating and moving towards each other* Don't fret. As much as I'd love to crash these lazy tributes to death, that wouldn't be much fun, would it? The walls are only moving and will stop midway, when the Arena is around half of its current size. Spoiler The tributes who were somewhere in the middle between the West-most and East-most columns were relocated to the two middle tiles. Wow, but Game Maker! Be careful, the shrinking of the Arena is causing the ground to break and accumulate into unstable hills in the middle section! The tributes, they're struggling to keep afloat. ... And do I look like I care? They've been on this land for 8 days now. They must be proficient at surviving at this point, otherwise I'd say it's good riddance. Uh, I guess you're right. Now, I present to you a model of the second surprise! *Holds out a red tube with a thick string on one end* M-m-my goodness! Game Maker, are you trying to kill me from a heart attack? Or from impact and 3rd degree burns? Why have you brought an explosive to the studio! Please, Prince Candy. If I wanted to kill you, I'd have shot you right at the center of your forehead's heart tattoo already. I told you this is but a model, a replica of the real stuff. I'm going to add this item to the list of items that our audience can buy to sponsor the tributes. This thing is so potent that it will blow up the whole Arena in one use, though its impact isn't that deadly- only the unluckiest tributes could ever die from such. Sounds like an interesting item. Don't waste a second on me, focus on- *A shot is heard* John! What are you waiting for? Switch cameras this instant! *Camera shows the Arena, one tribute is lying on the ground* Amber. That tribute on the floor is DigitalAmber! The shooter though, appears to have left the scene... DigitalAmber has fallen! They were [Tiffany]! Right on the same place, we can see three tributes, Alistair, Yahy and Drago struggling to kill each other! Who will win this one-to-one fight? *A shot is briefly heard but it is overwhelmed by the sound of a gigantic explosion* I can't see anything! It seems the Arena has blown up, everyone! I repeat. The Arena. Has. Blown. Up! Damn, the smoke is crazy thicc! Call the firefighters or something, RNGesus! *The smoke takes its time to settle* I see two tributes on the ground now. One is Alistair, who is holding a used-up explosive, and the other is Dragoknight. Yahy stands proud, waving his gun! It appears that Yahy managed to shoot Alistair, although Alistair managed to detonate explosives right when he received the shot. I couldn't see what went on, but it's likely that Drago fell to the impact of the explosives. Incredible, really! Alistair has fallen! He was [ xXx_B1GTH4NOSDICK69L4T14S69_xXx]! Dragoknight has fallen! He was [ Drago]! Incredible, indeed, that we happen to be right in the precise moment that dramathicc developments happen in the Arena. Would you call this fate? We're now on our 10th day, and left with the Top 10 strongest? smartest? sneakiest? tributes in the Arena. Coincidence? I don't think so, but it apparently is. We've come a great way from the original 26 tributes! But that also means we've selected the most resourceful tributes, so killing each other might become more challenging. Who knows? Let's see what this bright day holds in stock for us. Hopefully it shall be a bloody day like yesterday! Day Ten has started! (keep in mind, some parts will be totally our of context) *Screen changes to show one part of the Arena* Spoiler ~ Day 1 ~ "Pledge your life to me Mypet" "no u" "Catpiss wont stand for this" "what do tho" "We have to find out who the fanboy is ANd then we make them our meatshield" ~ Day 2 ~ "Do not Fear We will win For we have love My dear pet Even in death You will still be my loved pet" "No No staph" "Honey Feeta" "smh" "Hey hey hey Dont be so Rude b*tch" "smfh" ... And so did they spend their first days in the Arena. The love was stronger on Katniss' side, but Peeta was reluctant to reciprocate her feelings. An awkward, but blossoming, love. ~ Day 7 ~ "Honey I'm lonely Keep me company Feeta" "Remember I love you" "I was poisoned cough cough" "YOUI DON'T NEED ANTIDOTES YOU NEED ME" "I'll die if I don't take one, you know" "Love can't cure poisoning" Luckily, the sponsors from the Capitol watching the young lovers took pity on Peeta, and sent him an Antidote, which allowed him to live. They dodged bullets, and they escaped death by keeping their vests on them. They didn't communicate their love as much, but in their own way communicated their unity through their plans to survive together. However, on Day 9, a key change was brought about... ~ Day 9 ~ "I exploded" "ARE YOU INJURED? ARE YOU FINE?" "My vest is gone. It caught fire" "I am alive still but now I'm vestless" Katniss still had a vest with her, but Peeta didn't receive it because Katniss didn't offer it to him because he wouldn't have his beloved risk her life by going vestless. The next day, that is today, in the morning, the two talked about their surroundings and their plan for the day, not knowing that would be their last conversation together. A cute little pink blob sprung out of the bushes and shot Peeta in the head. "Pet are you going to die" ... And unfortunately or fortunately, Peeta was no more. Hypurr has fallen! He was Peeta and [Treestump]! With her beloved Peeta gone, Katniss had no incentive to keep fighting. She fell into depression and passed away from malnutrition. Bean has fallen! He was Katniss and [ @Hypurr @CrimsonDragon21 BIG BIG DADDY] Two other players have lost their win condition Nano4, the fanboy LykosHand, the blind capitol citizen, also known as [ SL4PTH4$4$$0NMYN4T$] And thus, the cursed love story closed its curtains... Noooo T_T What a gut-wrenching turn of events! I'm moved to tears! T_T But such is fate. On a separate note, another explosion took place earlier and Nick Crash perished in it, as well. A personal hard blow, for I don't know why I have a feeling that had he not been a tribute and I hadn't been a fantastic glittery and sweet Show Host beloved by all of the Capitol, he would've been my 2nd husband. Who knows, amirite? uwu Nick Crash has fallen! They were [ T_T]! --- I am very pleased with the amount of tributes that have been perishing this past couple of day phases. I mean, I knew my strategy of shrinking the Arena size and then making a lovely new item was exactly what these Games needed~ Now we have a lucky number, 7, of tributes. That means it'll be difficult to find each other even in the new Arena... so guess what? I'm going to shrink it further! First, there were some technical difficulties early in the morning, which caused three parachutes from being released without warning. The Game Maker couldn't make it today after all, but they have asked me to relay this message: "Given that the Arena is at its minimum size, and there are very few tributes left standing, I have decided to activate a hidden ability in your Better Guns (can't use AK-47 for this target) so that you will be able to shoot 1 extra tribute, if you choose to do so. I repeat again: you can choose 1 more tribute to shoot, whether or not they are sharing or adjacent to your tile. That is all." Well that should make for more shoots. Good call! There's one more announcement, this time from me to our dear audience (Fallen Tributes) It's about the Hunger Games simulator which as you presumably know, has been a source of items to your favorite tributes. For today's simulation, I will take into account sponsorships when playing it. The way that it works is as follows: you DM or secret-chat me whom out of the 4 remaining tributes you'd like to sponsor, and depending on the ratios of sponsors that each tribute got, the number of times their names appear on the simulator may increase (no worries, they will all still be in there even if they don't get sponsorships, just that less number of times). The more sponsorships = the more chances your favorite tribute will get one or two or all of the items! So choose wisely To be on the same page, here are the tributes, one of whom you can sponsor!
