TH01 Cleared on normal. No way am I attempting 1CC on this.
TH02 1CC normal with all shot types. Extra cleared with all shot types.
TH03 1CC normal with all shot types.
TH04 1CC hard with all shot types. Extra cleared with all shot types. Beat Mugetsu with NN.
TH05 1CC hard with all shot types. Extra cleared with all shot types.
TH06 1CC hard with all shot types. Beat Flan with all shot types and NN with MarisaA.
TH07 1CC hard with MarisaA 1CC normal with all shot types. Extra cleared with all shot types. Phantasm cleared with all shot types.
TH08 1CC Lunatic with Youmu/Yuyuko, 1CC hard with all teams. Extra cleared with all teams. Unlocked all spell cards, captured 216/222
TH09 1CC hard with Youmu. 1CC normal with all shot types. Extra 1 and 2 cleared.
TH10 1CC normal with all shot types. Extra cleared with all shot types.
TH11 1CC normal with all shot types. Extra cleared with all shot types.
TH12 1CC normal with all shot types. Extra cleared with all shot types.

I included the Len'en games even though it's not Touhou because they're pretty similar and I like them. My most recent achievement was beating Hecatia (LoLK Extra boss) with all shot types. She was stupidly hard but I somehow did it.
