Solaris and New World Orderly are too difficult!!

So basically i have my team and ive battled blake and fern 29 times and eventually beat them, but all of a sudden i then have to battle these two monsters. They are so difficult and i would really hate to restart but i think i might have to because my pokemon leveled up to level 77 and thats not good because the cap is 75 however they do get the odd hit. Here is my team---

I would appreciate it if someone could guide me on how to defeat these two maniacs as im on my 30 battle already and it's very annoying. Thanks a lot to anybody who helps
