SimpleAsSimplicity Posted July 11, 2019 Share Posted July 11, 2019 There's a guy blocking the bridge on route 2 and i don't know if its for Flabebe but i looked it up on the Rejuvenation pokemon locations and it says : "Event requires research notes" where are the research notes located? Nexen57 Posted July 11, 2019 Share Posted July 11, 2019 If you started the game then i'm afarid to tell you that you will have to get the 12th badge and get access to Fly before getting it. If you are already beyond that point then Reveal hidden contents You have to cut the cherry tree in Past Sheridan Village then fly to Present route 2 and go where the guy is blocking you,enter the building,take the research notes then fix the tree in the past,fly to Present Route 2, give the notes to the scientist and he will move out of your way and let you get Flabebe.
