Where Can I Find A Murkrow?

Been wanting it for sometime now. Is it available at the point where I'm at? I've just defeated Dr. Connal, and I have to solve the Underground Railnet puzzle, but I'm taking a break from that to hunt for Pokemon. I'm currently looking for Murkrow, where can I obtain one?

You can change the date, but that will screw with your game in the long term since it'll be ages ahead of the actual day.

From what I've seen, no it doesn't, becase your game will be ahead in time, so you have to wait for it to catch up.

It's like a drug. Once you start, you can't stop. (bad analogy)

The weather is on a (weekly?) cycle so if you change the weather by changing dates within the current week you can change it back without any problems.

But if you change the weather to a date farther forward in time from the end of the current week, the weather will stay in the pattern it's already in in the original week until it passes the week you changed to in the future.
