This list includes Mystery Egg Pokémon due to the random and non-guaranteed nature of it, and the fact that they will be available later. It also includes Riolu, because it's a secret! These Pokémon will be marked with a *.

It's not an event encounter as far is I know. Go to Gearen Park, talk to the freaking-out bandana guy (this may not even be necessary) and then go into the grass. Use repels if you want to. I caught a

You forget Zygarde-10%...it's obtainable...Zygarde-50% and Zygarde-50% with 100% Ability not.(or,at least,someone said me in the Q&A thread)

wait, isn't Togepi available by Mystery Egg? why is it in the Unobtainables list?

unobtainable doesn't count mystery egg since it's random and not guaranteed, basically a one off - the same would go for larvitar. i'll clarify that in the post

I caught a level 95 Budew (not good enough for the Grassium, apparently) and a level 100 Budew which got the me the Z-crystal from the guy when I showed it to him. I did it in this version. Image in the spoiler. I'd finished all content when I went to catch it, so I'm not sure of where you have to be in terms of progress to encounter it if the wild encounter is enabled by some story event.

Nope. Once Gearen is restored, you won't find Nidoran there anymore. But you can still find the Nidos (the 2nd evolution) at Valor Mountain (Neutral) just as the list states.
