NivQ87 Posted August 6, 2019 Share Posted August 6, 2019 It wanders around the park in East Gearen, the one that's a southern separate area on the east side of of the city. (Not the one that's got the parks and rec building). It's not there before you've gotten the badge from Sheridan Village though, so if you've been looking there you might be too early.
