Evolution Glitch

I do not exactly know how it works but i have my theory :

When you can a Pokemon and your team is full, the game ask you if you want to switch a member of your party, after the switch is done, it checks if the newlycaught Pokemon is able to evolve and if it can, it does right away

Only thing is, i think it actually checks for the Pokemon in the 6th Position of the party Before and After the switch happen so if you put a Pokemon on the last slot and when you catch the pokemon you switch another mon than the one on last slot, it will make Both the mon that was on last slot and the new one that just arrived on last slot evolve
